Dispatch equipment

Handheld devices, printers and dispatch systems can involve hardware and setup charges. Separate those expenses from recurring software or mobile-data costs.

Account for the interval before customers pay

Delivery counts do not always reflect margin or the timing of payment. Account for failed deliveries, return trips and vehicle downtime when reviewing a funding commitment.

Information for business owners

Points to review before starting

What should I understand about provider referrals?

The referral process involves selling submitted application information to funding partners, with no more than five receiving one request. We receive partner payments whether the request is funded or not and impose no application charge on you.

How does a provider decide?

The requested amount expresses what the business wants to explore. It is not an approved amount, and a funding partner may offer different terms or no financing at all.

Why can request timelines differ?

Submission and receipt of funds are different stages. Any timeline must be confirmed with the funding provider after it has reviewed the request.

How do contact preferences affect the request?

Read the disclosures presented with the application rather than relying only on this page. Submission includes a separate contact-consent review and a mobile verification step.
